Hmm, I've all those things with a couple of different women, and they do spend the night and it's pleasant to sleep next to them, but theres no sex, and for me, at least, it's awfully frustrating, and I wonder if I'm being taken advantage of. I suppose to an extent, I enjoy the games too, and I enjoy being teased, but after a while, especially if you see a girl so much it feels like an exclusive relationship, you wonder if she is even attracted to you if there is no sex. Maybe that's an immature way of looking at it, I dunno
