The only good ant is a dead ant. Can somebody please tell where what role these little fuckers play in the whole ecosystem? I know they're food for some other critter which is food for some other cirtter, but what practical function do they serve?

ants serve to be tortured and killed. by me. i perform a special ritual when i find them in my bathroom. it's part song and part execution. the words to song are "trespasser motherfuckers AHHHHH!!!!!!" and the rest is a lovely combination of boric acid, windex and whatever else i can find. it's fun.
