Highlights from Cannes:
-Handing Guillermo del Toro a copy of The Black Forest
-Hanging out drinking in the street until 3AM at the legendary Le Petit Majestic
-Lots of great food and wine
-Having the movie trailer on 3 of the jumbotrons, sandwiched right between the trailers for Catwoman and Troy
-Getting interviewed via live feed to the
largest of said jumbotrons, right by the Palais
I don't know how the French have gotten such a bad reputation. I found them to be fun-loving, helpful, warm and friendly.
