Well, to help manage the minor breakdown I was having last week, I went to an energy worker yesterday. Pretty amazing stuff. It was like...nothing happening, nothing happening, nothing happening EXORCISM!!!

Seriously, it was like there were hooks in me pulling shit out of my innards. But not in the ouch there are fucking hooks in me way.

I feel like myself again. For those of you interested, it was totally worth it.

WOW. That sounds really interesting. Im totally into stuff like that. I dont know everything about all of it. Like I have never heard of an energy worker, but I could imagine it.

Glad it really helped you. I should look into it myself. I started going to the gym. biggrin I want to get into meditation and yoga again as well. The mind/spirit/soul, what ever you want to call it, is a magical thing. And, taking care of this planes human body is very important.

Hows everything else going, whats new?
