I saw "300" on DVD this weekend. In my opinion, about all it's good for is a drinking game. Every time someone says "Spartan" - take a shot.
You'll be hammered in the first 5 minutes. Vomiting in 6.
Then there are 798,000 more "Spartans" in the film.
That Frank Miller is a genius wordsmith.
On the other hand, I just got back from seeing STARDUST, which I enjoyed. It's no Princess Bride, but it's in that league. Was stunned to learn that it did a miserable 9 million opening. Yikes. Go see it.

I dont know if I can, so far no one is leaving the office for lunch, I think since we are shooting in 2 weeks and yeah it is crunch time... maybe next week!

I thought that 300 was alright...but sort of over hyped. However, Grindhouse did not dissappoint...
