Last night's fish went well. It was a salmon steak. Overcooked a little - and bonier than I'd hoped, but okay. Little Danielle stopped by the America Jr. Forum and caused trouble. But that's what she does.
Tonight a friend is coming over to watch a movie and requests Chinese food, which I will not argue with. And tomorrow I plan to make a sausage and mushroom risotto. I'll take a pic for Sevvypants.
