I don't have any hot water right now and I'm *supposed* to wait for someone to call me in terms of when its going to get fixed and whether or not a plumber needs to come into my suite. Not cool! I was planning on going to Wally-World (Wal-Mart) this morning to go buy even more yarn as I told my boy that I'd make in a Dr. Who scarf. I'm already way over my head.

Speaking of over my head, I have some pictures of my crochet projects. cdt21, you should be impressed.

First, my blanket:

As most of you know, I start this when I was at the day program after I was released from the hospital. Well, it's wider than I am tall and comes down just below my knees right now. It's very impressive.



This kind of happened by accident. I was trying to figure out how to make a hat, but it started to look like a test tube warmer instead. So, I added on other chains, but as I continued to look at it, it wan't getting wide enough fast enough, and it was looking reminisent of a nipple. It wasn't my intention to have it look like a nipple, so I tied the extra yarn at the beginning into a circle, and added yellow yarn in the middle to make it look like a bell. Instant Christmas decoration. Pathetic, I know. It's amazing what happens when you try something like that completely randomly.
