Consider this to be my study break for today. You're all very lucky.

Have I ever mentioned how much I heart my iPod? I have a gold iPod mini, and I currently have 78 songs on it. Yes, I could have more, but that requires effort in terms of downloading/burning the songs on to my laptop (I heart that too biggrin ah, me and my various electronics), not to mention time. I still have 5.8 hrs worth of music on there to keep me entertained.

I need to get something pierced. Badly. I have a true body modification addiction (no tats yet, only because I can't afford them), but I haven't been able to fill my need because I haven't had time to get something pierced. Plus, I don't know what I should get pierced. I really want to get a labret, but I would need to get a retainer because of Home Depot (lovely, I know). The same goes with a septum. I did have a navel piercing, but it more or less rejected- after three weeks, it never showed any signs of healing and looked like an open wound mess. Needless to say, I retired that puppy rather fast. I was thinking of getting an anti-tragus as it's an uncommon piercing (well, in Calgary it is at least), kind of to go with my rook. Any thoughts or ideas, anyone?

I'm listening to the album version of "My Immortal" by Evanescence. This has to be one of my favourite songs, because it portrays so much emotion of what its like to love someone, but then they're gone. I see so much of myself in this song. Well, I did about a year ago but not so much now. I prefer the album version over the radio release, only because I feel adding the guitars in takes away from the atmosphere of the song. That's just me.

Holy babbling, Batman. I think I'll wrap this up and get back to reading Aeschylus' "The Libation Bearers" for my Greek and Roman Studies final on Wednesday. If you're into Greek literature, I suggest you read various plays by Euripides. He's my favourite tragic poet, even though some of his tragic plays can be confused as being a comedy (seriously, they're that tragic). Next semester, I'm taking Latin/Roman literature, which means I'll be reading some Ovid, amongst other things biggrin

Oh, I updated some of my info, because Ifelt it was lacking in some information. Enjoy

Thanks- this was the toughest week as a medic. I saw horrors that would make you have nightmares for months. I know I will for a long time frown
