wow, i think snow in london is actually quite rare.. it's too polluted and crowded for it ever too settle.
I live in Sheffield now though, which is the North East, a city built on 7 hills and it is so so so cold. It doesn't rain that often, but you can leave milk on the doorstep and it will be frozen by the time you get it in.
