We've all here experienced loss of loved ones. I was reminded today of someone I lost and thought about my friends here who are going through that same torture. Nothing anyone can say can make it easier, but their are some ways to change your perspective on loss. This is what helped me when I needed to intellectualize the situation.

Remember, In the end what matters isn't how long we've lived but how fully we've lived. The good we've done, the friends we've helped, the love we've shared along the way. It's the journey that matters, not the destination.
