They have swindled $56 from me so far in fees that were wrongfully applied top my account, and they won't give it back!! It's been 2 weeks since I called the first of about 15 times, and they still haven't done a thing,
I have spoken ot my representative, the manager, the customer service people, and still no dice.
I got what I thought was a corporate number from the girl on the 800 line, but it ended up being a regular branch out in Ohio, they transferred me to what they told me was the regional office, and it was just a regular branch in Syracuse.

So, yeah, don't EVER open an account with Charter One. The $100 they give you for signing up they get right back out of you.
I guess when it's not your money that's being fucked around with, you can conduct business however you feel.
