All I can say is... I WANNA GO BACK !!!
I managed to make it back from the trip to Sturgis in one piece... barely!
Have you ever been anyplace that made you feel like you wanted to cry when you thought about having to leave? That's what this trip was like for me. This was truly an adventure to be remembered for life... especially considering I nearly lost mine (again) on this trip. More about that later, but for now I'll just say that I and the bike are fine and that there is nothing like getting to ride through some of the most beautiful scenery in the country with your father and 3 great friends. I got to see some of the most amazing things, attend some incredible parties and meet some really great people along the way. If you've ever thought about going to the Black Hills Motorcycle Rally, stop procrastinating and do it!!!
I'll be posting a day-by-day account of our adventures in my blog as soon as I can finish processing the 630 shots we took. There's everything from gorgeous landscapes to critters to downright debauchery. Quite a lot of debauchery, come to think of it!
I'll do my best not to drag my feet on this, since I know I haven't been exactly the best lately when it comes to updating. Sorry about that, but it came as a result of preparing for this trip.
Anyway, hope everything is going splendidly for everyone who might read this and that life has some surprise in store for you that is everything you've been waiting for!
