Second team practice update:

KC talks too much after hitting mediocre grounders and builds himself up with "you see that, you see that?!?! that's a single!" Yeah big fella, if you were playing against us in practice mode. Truth is, he sucks. I guess that's pretty harsh, but he wouldn't be so bad if he didn't comment on all his hits. That and he plays catcher. Catcher, in co-req softball. Yeah, there's gonna be tons of steals so we need that cannon behind the plate. In all actuality it's probably the best for him, his inability to field a simple grounder (calling Bill Buckner) alone takes him out of the field.

Liz is back on the prospects list after today. Not like she was flirty or anything, but she was nice. I crushed her pitches like nobody's business.

Overall, we're gonna get dominated every game this season. Defense is mediocre, at best, and offense is atrocious. Prepare for another fantastic season of Colorado Rockies baseball. Oops, I mean co-req softball.

Not much else to report.

I need to start on some hefty papers due in the next couple weeks. I'm getting buried and not even attempting to stop the free fall.
