Great night last night. Wish I could remember more of it. My remaining friends (we're on spring break) and I went to our usual bar, where there was a good band playing. Now, I had met one of the members on their previous tour through our little town, so I had reason to go, say hi, whatever. Unfortunately I was a little too excited about drinking and don't remember a whole lot from the night. But here is my favorite highlight as related by my friend:

Me: I think I talked to the drummer.
Her: Yeah, you did. As they were finishing their set, he walked across the room. You proceeded to point at him and yell, DRUMMER! It was like you were five and pointing at Mickey Mouse.

Oh, I am so smooth. Good thing he didn't hear me... or at least didn't acknowledge hearing me. I do have a way with the men. No wonder I'm single. I need to work on a technique called "subtlety."
