This is going to be the best Valentine's Day ever! The boyfriend is getting me a tattoo for a gift. He told me about my present ahead of time so I'd have time to finally narrow down all the inking designs of the Aries symbol that I want to just one final decision.
I always choose my tattoos very carefully, based on the following:
50% - Looks / Style / Artwork
40% - Will I still like it when I'm old and ornery?
5% - How long it will take?
5% - How much $ ? / Can I afford that one right now?
With my Lion Rampant tattoo (upper, left arm) I decided that I'll always be Scottish in descent and my heart is in Scotland, so no worries there. As with the Aries symbol, I'll always be an Aries and have that fiery personality, so I don't have much to worry about in that case either. So now, where on my body to get it and what tattoo studio to get it at?
Also, he'll be getting the Capricorn symbol somewhere on his body so we'll have that bonding experience, and have something similar in theme and nature to each other. Nothing as stupid and final as each other's names, or anything else with meaning just in the relationship. We want it to be meaningful as separate individuals too. It just feels right.
I'm so excited and touched by this gift. He thought of the perfect gift to get me, which shows how much he really pays attention. I'm not getting ANY sleep tonight, I just know it. The weekend can't come soon enough now.

They'll probably both be modified by the tattoo artist so they will truly be unique to us and us only. I'll definitely show the "after" pictures! EVEN BETTER: If you have any artistic talent whatsoever, maybe you can make some suggestions, or photoshop the pics there and send them to me? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

it wasnt as lame as I thought it was. I just think I am in a blahh mood and things everyday normal things are bothering me. That I have just become VERY picky about the girls I am interested in. And the only flesh I was interested in were all attached to someone else.
