I got a job today! After two months of scrounging for work, I had three interviews in one week and two job offers. It's strange how things work. I just wanted to let you know that I will once again be a productive member of society, haha.
I will be working for a company that writes and produce all the music and advertisements for a company's phone system that customers hear when they are put on hold. They do work for Shopper's Drug Mart, DeGroot's Nurseries in Sarnia, and they are finalizing a contract for Subway (the submarine sandwiches) in Canada.
My job will be to contact customers and review their hold scripts and music choices with them, make any corrections and send the final approved copy to the sound booth. Also, I send out technicians if there are any equipment problems and respond to any company emails.
It'll be interesting, I hope.
Also, after all those pictures from Halloween I thought I'd get more comments about them. It's weird. SG has been kind of laid back lately. Less news and group updates. Very strange. Hopefully things will change and get back to normal soon.
