*QUESTION* *What do the different colors mean when people's comments are highlighted?

Ooh, everyone's talking about vacation time and i'm...balancing my checkbook. Finally in the black for good it seems, which somehow makes me more nervous than been broke and on edge all the time.

June..er, 7th or something, I will have been with the company for 1 yr and entitled to 5 days paid vacation. If I can horde until then, hope to go back to Oregon for a few days at least, if not to Portland then to Ashland to catch the last of the Shakespeare festival, see some long lost buddies. Nothing as exciting as Russia, but it's my fantasy for now :o)

I, btw, am asst. manager at a quick lube facility which is a good paying job and a lot of fun because I get to boss young men around, get dirty, and not be so confused around my car anymore. About every gay man or woman I've mentioned this too says, "How'd you wind up in that job, you're not very butch?!"

Hurray for the persistance of stereotypes, especially those held by minorities themselves
