gearing up for school starting again, i am visiting my parents. they demand a visit every few months so i have been stuck here for the last couple of days. we did go to the monteray jazz festival on saturday, it was good fun. i got to see the neville brothers and they can still rock you. got (hopefully) good pics of them and the preservation hall jazz band(all old men from new orleans except for their bass player who was in his 20s interesting contrast). i also got a chance to check out calvin keyes who is a really good guitarist from the bay area, all of his stuff is really mellow and you can just relax.
