i seem to go through these wierd periods where i really want to try to get into some sort of shape...not great shape, just better....and then something comes along and breaks my rhythm and then i don't work out for awhile and i am back to where i started...i went and did a bit of working out today, and now i am going to see if i can keep this up or if something will break it up like always...but now i am worn out, and it is really hot so i need to read and take a cold shower...hopefully that will help me get a little bit of energy back. i should also really stop going to bed at like 5 in the morning for no reason...i have just found myself staying up really late and not really doing anything while i am up, i just suddenly look outside and see that it is starting to get light and then i go to bed. which means most of the next day is wasted...i really need a job to occupy some of my daytime.
