What I thought was going to be a horrible day turned out to be quite amazing. The scare of abnormal blood tests was just that..a scare. They think it is showing up abnormal due to my bleeding..which coincides with everything that I read online and in books. My ultrasound today showed a very normal and healthy baby
They were so certain that everything was ok that we decided to skip the amniocentesis...which made me happier than I can express, invading my baby's home with a giant needle was not something that I wanted to do..obviously
my son took these awhile back..
they just seem so appropriate right now
I know it's really cliche', but as soon as I found out I was having a girl...it's all pink flowers in my head
I will post pics of the ultrasound later, but she had her little foot almost behind her head..how cute is that? The ultrasound tech said it wasn't like she didn't have room to stretch out, she just folded in half that way for whatever reason..all I thought was that I now have a little yoga partner..perfect
but..we have quite a while until then

I saw some here and there in the past, but barely remember them
I cut my finger really bad a few weeks ago and it wasn't healing..a nurse told me if it didn't heal soon then I would have to come back in to have them look at it..it was weird..why wasn't it healing?
Well a night later I dreamt that I was on the couch with David Duchovny and he mashed up some herbs and put them on my finger..then I tried hitting on him, but he was too preoccupied with X File stuff so we didn't quite get it on..
true story..my finger was totally healed within the next three days
