The worst bit- on seeing me slumped against a wall in the corner the scrub nurse exclaimed "Oh, now i remember you...". Yup, same one from last week.
The upside- my consultant appeared from the theatre next door and invited me to ditch the following total knee replacement (same surgery as id just flaked out in repeated) and join him in trauma theatre to watch a tibial plateau fracture fixation. Mr D.- you're my new hero...
I even remained upright long enough to put some stitches in
