My new career planning strategy:
1) Write the name of every single medical/surgical specialty on the back of a playing card
2) Pin them all on my wall
3) Everytime i encounter one i cant stand, remove its card from the wall
4) Come job application season (autumn next year) throw darts at the remainder....
4.5) Pray no interviewer ever asks me why i chose paediatrics/ENT/colorectal surgery as my career goal....
(Obs/gynae is all ready off the wall, and general practice never even made it into the deck....)
