Hello lovey followers! Today I am venturing into the land of blogging with my very first blog homework assignment! This homework was from @missy and @rambo back on 8/11, so I'm a few weeks behind. BUT! That day was my birthday so I am letting it slide. ;) I also chose this homework because my modeling alias took me quite some time to get exactly right.
Okay, so here goes! Back several years ago when I decided to actually get off my ass and do something about my burlesque/adult modeling career, I was kinda involved with some friends in a nerdy burlesque troupe. I hadn't performed yet, was just helping with behind the scenes and photography stuff but I wanted to make a name for myself! (Literally!)
Many of the performers in the troupe had nerdy and/or funny names and I wanted something similar. I thought long and hard (my favorite kind of thinking) until one day "Ding!", I had my eureka moment. I can't remember the exact inspiration, but something made me think "ananym.... Anna... nym... ann a. nym.... Ann Nymph.... ANNA NYMPH!" I just knew it was right as soon as I thought it and I haven't looked back since.
So let me know... what do YOU guys think of my name? Did all my long, hard thinking pay off?
