today i got a check from nordies for $357.60 ($600 - 40% tax) because they had excpetional sales when i worked for them from jan 2004 - jan 2005. its pretty rad because i wasn't expecting it at all (good thing i didn't tear up the letter without opening it).

Thanks, I didn't really get a great look at the park, but it seemed fairly nice. I would have stayed around and checked things out better but I had to get home.
i called the cops on my neighbors who like to have band practice until midnight on a weeknight. by the time they finally got here the horrible music had ceased. the cops suggest calling earlier next time.

Having a job you love is awsome, glad you like it. I think I work for the only educational insitution in IL that doesnt get either Presidents Day or Lincoln's B-day off so unfortunately I get to work tomorrow. Talk about starting the job at just the right time though. Enjoy your day off!
