i am so LOVING my new job!!!!!!!!! 
everyone is so fucking nice! there is a lot to learn but i am confident that i will catch on soon.
i get a paid holiday monday because apparently everything engineering related comes to a halt on holidays (president's day). horray for a 3 day weekend
i never turned in my resignation paperwork but i think i may put something to the effect of "being treated like crap at nordstrom was a blessing in disguise because now i am at a workplace where i am appreciated and encouraged."
strawbettie is staying with us this weekend. i hope we can show her a nice time while she is here. i also hope to see a bunch of you tomorrow

Having a job you love is awsome, glad you like it. I think I work for the only educational insitution in IL that doesnt get either Presidents Day or Lincoln's B-day off so unfortunately I get to work tomorrow. Talk about starting the job at just the right time though. Enjoy your day off!
