j. and i went to the peaches show at the metro on friday night, and it was a blast. it was absolutely packed, and we got as dirty as possible on the dancefloor while still remaining clothed. totally trashy and fun. she sang most of my favorite songs in the first half hour, and we actually left before the set was over to go meet m. at funky buddha.

that is, we *tried* to get into the funky buddha. the line was ginormous, and we decided it was not worth the wait. we had the same trouble at sonotech, so finally decided to just head home. totally fun night... good use of j.'s camera and *much* better control of my alcohol intake at the metro.

yesterday j. and i took photographs on the roof on what might have been one of the last warm weekend days of the year. so. much. fun. and now the set is ready to be sent in! i am going to think about it for a couple more days before i take the plunge, but i think i am going to do it. wish me luck!

it's weird, there was a time from mid 2000 or so until about 2002 that i have almost NO pictures of myself. and the ones i do have i dread to look at. a real reflection of the fact that i was living a life that i did not want to see. my, how things have changed.

j. and i had a great weekend together, and falling asleep cuddly cozy last night is one of the worlds great goods.
