It is a horrendous experience, useless, harmful and unjust for everyone.
scares me to think that all we are always at risk of finish us off in the middle because of few and powerful "bosses" who for the love of money, often spit in the face of life.
in general I think that the fear itself is a feeling to be removed, because it limits our choices, but in many, and more and more cases it is almost impossible not to.
