DUDE. Mike's brother came to visit, and he brought an old favorite strategy boardgame, Settlers of Catan. Then, we decided to go check out the somewhat nearby gaming store, where we purchased a game that he was familiar with and wanted us to learn (Puerto Rico) and a game a friend of ours had told us was really good and sounded intriguing (Twilight Imperium). We got home and learned Puerto Rico, which was exhausting, but we got the hang of it and played a few games. Then we started to learn Twilight Imperium, which is gigantic, and NERDY. Dear god, this shit is complicated, long, and has numerous parts, pieces, and a fucking 45 page rule manual. GEEK OUT!
