It seems rather depressing but I am looking forward to getting school supplies. Never thought i would really say that. Then after that I will be finally seeing Avatar with my kids, then I can see what all this hype is all about. So all in all i should be in for a good day.
After a trimester of being on leave I'm now enrolled back at uni. Will be back in a couple of weeks. So I'm pretty excited.

To my surprise we were offered a house. So it's a big weight off my shoulders now. The house is nice, one of the better ones in that area I've seen. hopefully i can get some photos up soon. The fun part now begins of packing.
Just spent a whole day cleaning out the junk room and the garage in preparation of moving out. Crap part is I'm cleaning up most of an old housemates shit that he left when he bailed on us a couple weeks ago. Next is sorting out all my stuff so when it comes time to move there isn't going to be much.
Wow It's been a while since I've last blogged. I haven't had much time since I started uni and in that spare time I've been working. I'm currently on holidays so I can finely catch up with friends. But of course in the back of my mind I want to find out the results from my first semester. Hopefully it all has gone well.

Fire bugs should be shot. There was a big fire about a mile from my mums house. It was very interesting trying to get through all the police blockades. even though i'm only 5 mins from her house it took 25 mins to get there. In this situation it's kinda funny you pretty much stand there like a stuned dear wondering what you should do....

The weather isn't bad. But yet these fires persist. The smell of smoke lingers around. Another fire broke out close by, thanks to a couple of water bombers they managed to contain the fire. There is going to be a lot of rebuilding to do once all these fires are out. it will be good for the economy.
Plus being a student here must be really expensive.
It has it's benefits though. I don't know many Unis with pools and a beach nearby.
I'm so glad that most of my living expenses are covered by the company I work for.
You were right about the tanning btw.
I got burned although I used 50+ sunscreen.
The sun here is crazy, but up until now, I love every second of it.
