6 days left till I think my account expires...
I'm really begining to wish I had some spare cash to keep my account running... I enjoy coming to this site much more then fb or any other site..
Fingers crossed it is only for a month or 2.
In other news it's been really shit. recieved a call from the real estate agent saying rent is late by 30 days. my house mates brother who has been staying with us was given all of our rent and told to pay it when he got paid the day later. he hasn't been home for the entire month and has been hard to get in contact with. We need to get in contact with him and figured best time to get in contact with him was nye coz he would be around all his mates which means we could get in contact with him coz we have one of his mates phone numbers. Unfortunately he didn't wanna speak to his brother or give him the time of day..
So now i'm drawn to the point where I am either going to sell all his belongings to cover the $1400 that hasn't been paid or I am going to call the cops.. I'm still in the process of deciding.
My housemate believes that his bro has paid the rent but we need to find out the details and bank reciept info be4 I believe it and the way his brother is being doesn't look good as if we get in contact with him I really doubt he would have the bank information....
Will have to keep posted..
