I spent the past two months in Santa Catarina, which is a state from the south of Brazil.
The city I went was very small, and I was there to work (as a photographer).
What I thought that would be fun turned into a nightmare.
First of all:
It rained EVERY SINGLE DAY the ENTIRE MONTHS!
When I thought was going to be sunny, because of the shy sunlight in the morning, with cloudless sky, suddenly turned out dark, cloudy and windy. But I did enjoy the beach, even though for a short time!
Second of all: the internet service was AWFUL! Pretty much why I spent so long away from the social media (including here). When I wanted to share a photo, I had to wait TWO hours to complete the upload. Seriously, it was awfully unreal.
The third and last reason: everything was very far from everything.
And to make it even worse, all the establishments closes for lunch. 12 pm. And only reopens half past 2pm.
Drugstores, supermarkets, clothing stores, whatever. Lunch break. And Sundays everything is closed.. I mean, it was harsh.
Everyday was like a never-ending journey. Hahaha
BUT nothing’s bad enough to keep us away from having fun, right? And take beautiful pics like the first one and these next ones 🥰
