I'm sad to say my fellow americans have thrown away their morals in a time of crisis.
I'm sad that millions were warned but many still died.
I'm sad that people can't find their family members and pets. That the old are dying in a horrible way and that the young are being seperated from their parents.
I'm sad that poor people weren't provided transportation out of those citys that are now knee deep in disgusting water, filled with chemicals, dead body's and human waste.
I am sad because people are greedy and evil.
I am sad because I can't do anything about it. I'm not rich, I can barely feed myself.
I am sad that a higher being (God, the Devil or Mother Nature) has to punish us. Has to ruin everything a person as, starve them, drown them and leave them to die. This is not the way people would imagine to die.

I am mad because no one seems to come to our rescue when we have a national disaster. That's right. I'm speaking up. You countries who can help out other countries but not us? WHERE THE HELL ARE YOU? Yes the USA is the a wealthy country, but we could still use clean water, lots of food and good ol' fashion man power.

I think this is a sad beginning as a wake up call of what goals need to be accomplished.
