great!
i pulled something in my knee again. Over christmas break, my boyfriend, our friends and i went sleding. we were all 4 on one big tube. I got up from the tube, and twisted/pulled something. A few days later my knee was fine after some heavy ice pack and heating pad.

We the other day my boyfriend and i were having a little fun....hehehe....and well i kind of hurt it then, but not really. I guess i must have over worked it yesterday (doing laundry up and down the stairs, running around with the dog, cleaning the house) because my fucking knee hurts again! and its swollen. I think i tore something and its going to be a while until it heals completely. doesn't hurt to walk on it, but it does hurt to bend it. mother fucker. errrrr
