I'm in a better mood now. There's still no power in my aprtment, as far as I know.
I'm back in Bossier again. Appearantly there are problems with civil unrest in Baton Rouge. I followed some friends back here.

I hate being away from home.

Yeah, my mom lives downtown and yesterday my bf called her to say not to leave because they were closing everything down and she wouldn't be able to get back in. My mom said ,"That's just rumors." My cousin (who is staying in my apartment now) said,"That sounds right, I saw a SWAT team down there earlier." She was like "oh." I'm not sure what really happened but I had to be looter related, they discounted it later on the news I heard, saying nothing happened. I think the media has gotten to the point of hushing things to keep total anarchy from breaking out. It's crazy! All the rental properties are being rented now, a lot of houses have been sold for ridiculous prices, and the town has grown exponentially in population in the past few days. And I still have to work! Bastards. Glad you're ok.
