Yep... so time for an update
I'm sticking with the trend: Moving again. This time there's at least a 2 year commitment as I am to begin culinary school in Portland, OR. It's exciting to move an entirely new area with which I am entirely unfamiliar. It will certainly have its challenges, namely not knowing a single person.
It's about time I do something productive with my time though. I've been hiding away in my cave for the better part of a year.
Sad part is I decided to try going out and socializing in these last few weeks in this town. Sort of an "I'm never going to see these people again so why not get a little silly" kind of attitude. Turns out I've been missing out. There's one girl I met in particular that makes me wish I was staying around a bit longer. Well, I take that back... I wish I had gotten to know her a long time ago. We're both leaving this town for good. Perhaps if we hit it off several months ago we'd be moving on in a more syncronized direction, if you know what I mean.
