This afternoon Lee & I headed out to the Lion Park (a 5 minute drive from our townhouse complex), where we had a spot of luch, played with some lion cubs & an adorable hyena pup, before driving around the game park & large enclosures. The lions (about 3 or 4 separate prides of them - all with a male at the head & almost a dozen females underneath him) had just been fed, & were heavily engrossed in their meals, or just lazing around in the shade of trees.





I dunno what it is about hyenas, but I just love 'em! Maybe I should move to Nigeria where it is not uncommon for people to keep them as pets





Other than that, it has been a really quiet weekend for us. Have made plans to go round to my business partners' house again on Tuesday after work to discuss the budget for the new year.
