FINALLY heard back from the model agency

Thank you kindly for your time last week. Was very cool to meet you as you said. Yes, we are back in CPT and now just making decisions. There is limited feedback I can give you at this point, but some feedback nevertheless
We thoroughly enjoyed your energy and passion, as well as drive to succeed. We were especially impressed that you had no knowledge, or very limited knowledge, of the industry, but were moving forward anyway. As a matter of fact, it's funny how certain individuals will always look for different qualities when trying to make a decision, as it was this point (the fact of your little knowledge, yet drive to move forward with your own agency) that stood out with Shane and myself.
Therefore, should we open in JHB, we would definitely like to work together with you on the basis we discussed (joining forces, shares in agency etc). We are now just deciding on whether to open in JHB or to call it a day and we should have clarity on this HUGE factor by next week. We are definitely relocating [in a personal capacity] as I've secured the position I was after in JHB and I'll be returning as early as next week. The decision to open there - or not - generally pends other factors and I don't have time now, but will detail in an email tomorrow and possibly you & I could work on the thoughts together?
In the interim, could you please put together some sort of proposal in terms of what you would like out of the 'marriage' should we go ahead. Base it on YEAR ONE, YEAR TWO, YEAR THREE etc. If you haven't got a clue and prefer me to put something on the table first, that's cool with me. Just let me know!
So, this weekend I'll be putting together a proposal presentation - something that I actually do for clients & ad agencies in my "real" job every day! Here's holding thumbs that I manage to tap into my strongest powers of persuasion & convince them that opening in Jo'burg is definitely the right thing to do
