ever notice how far delegation can go before a task is deemed worthless? Where I work it is geting out of hand!!Way too many cheifs and not enough indians (pardon the pun) to get anything done!! We have meetings that take up half a day and it is all just to agree on who is going to do what then it disperses into the shop floor and they say hey..I need you to get this done pronto!!So that guy in turn goes to another guy and says hey I need you to get this done! Normally that last guy has got a shit list to his fucking elbows trying to get hings doen and then its off to another meeting to find out when things will be done! And of course at the end of the day there is another meeting to discuss what did infact get doen and what the explanation is for the things that did not get completed!!! Hows about this pick a time int he morning for things to get done, and dont come back until they are in fact done!!! Help out that little guy that you in fact kick around and pilke your own shit upon!! I think most people often forget how if it werent for that little guy busting his ass day to day and keeps asking for more that you would not be shit!! It is still nice and warm enough here that at the end of the day I can still get home shower up have a beer before ,during and after dinner, and forget all the bullshit of the day!! (holding up beer,) Heres to the little poeple that get shit done!!!! CHEERS!!!
