I'm happy to say that the moaning is somewhat over, as my neck is finally starting to show improvement, and the headaches have ceased for now. Seriously though, that scared the living hell out of me. You have no idea how bad it was when I was hurt back in '01; people joke around about being on Worker's Comp, but you don't understand how much of a nightmare it is until you find yourself having yourself at the mercy of a group of asshole bureacrats and their pet doctors. It was drawn out, humilating, nerve-wracking, and with a screwjob finish which resulted in a treatable muscular disorder being left untreated and possibly permanent. Still, it's a relief that its possibly over for now.

I need to start some serious work on the book over the 3 day weekend, probably sometime this evening after I return Raven to her mom. I haven't seen her since Christmas, and I was very happy to have my baby girl back. She's been very well behaved and cheerful, although her sinuses are hurting her and the only children's medicine I had put her right to sleep.

My Logicistics class on Thursday is canceled, so next week will only have two days of class. I really need to get off to a big start on everything I've been putting off due to the misery.
