I just filled in my dating profile for kicks. I can honestly say that I have the most surly dating profile on the site! Why you ask? Many reasons I have, but mostly because I'm really bored. Also, I just spent the last few months explaining to my friends that this isn't a dating site, but as of this morning, it is a dating site (among other things still).
I mean, I don't mind the other changes made so far, but isn't adding a dating site aspect a little bit on the fromage side? People hook up through the site all the time, but I don't think they found themselves saying, "Gosh, I wish I could do this via a system of check boxes and soppy, short self-descriptions!" Then again, it's not my site, so it's an opinion without much weight or merit.
Since I'm not going to Chicago this weekend, I need to go ahead and call my editor about the money and pitching some new book ideas. I still feel like such an asshole calling them about anything, but I'm guessing this is something that I will quickly shed once I get involved in more projects. I need to start writing on anything at this point.

hey- i chanded my alias.... did ya notice? long story.... so wannabegrrl is gone. forever...... i had serious computer issues so i had to get another on... its an ibookg4 i am so psycked i never really used MACs much but they are E A S Y! um... school full time... lots of homework.... i think that sums it all up...
