I'm incredibly sick right now, but I am gratefully that my body at least waited until finals were over to shut down. I wish my mental state wasn't matching my physical; I'm feeling really depressed right now, even over things I thought I had a handle on.

The book apparently is still the editorial stage, which confuses the hell out of me, as the release date is this month and I was told it would be at the printer in Beijing by now. But yet, I get an e-mail from one of my editors yesterday concerning a passage in the book...which may mean that not only is it not at the printer, but might not may even been anywhere near the layout department either. The book money is what I need to use for road trips, and I don't get paid until the book comes back from the printer. So meanwhile, I'm stuck here without a clue or very much human contact. God I hate this place...why did all the people that I liked hanging out with move so far away? Wait, I know why, THIS PLACE SUCKS. Ok, solved that Scoobirific mystery.

I need to start writing....dig out my writer's market book, and really dig into it. Have to keep my mind until I can get mobile and reach civilization. Wish me luck.
