Well, this is disappointing. Shal made these boards look like the sort of free-thinking, politically-minded forum that I could really get me thinking about things in a new light. So far, all that has happened is a couple of guys jumped up my ass for not toeing the line on their military stance. Oh well. An open discourse on these kind of things is healthy. I just wish I was reading some new arguments. . . .

Everything else has been cool so far. I'm sure this was just bad place, bad time.
