Thanks everyone for your suggestions on stress relief. I will definitely be incorporating those ideas into my day. I could use it.

I will comment to everyone's comments soon. I'm just exhausted right now. Crimson, I would love to see your work. Do you have it posted in your profile?

This past week has been better at work as far as stress and workload. I'm learning some financial stuff so it has been giving me a headache with all of the attention to detail and the frustration of when numbers don't work how they should. Operating statements are a pain in the neck.

Tonight we went to the Stockshow and watched the rodeo. It was a lot of fun! Something that was really funny was when they stuck these helmut-wearing 5 year olds on sheep and told them to hang on while the sheep tore down the middle of the arena. That was really amusing. I love watching rodeos. The bull riding is one of my favorite events to watch. But I love to go to just see all of the horses. I know, I know, girls and horses. But I never tire of it.

Now, I want to make some comments about things that I have been reading on the boards here. And maybe these are just comments on photography in general. Something came up regarding the use of a photographer's name on a set and how it detracts from the images/girl, whatever. I may be in the minority when it comes to this but I would personally love to see the photographers get credit for the sets they do. As a model, I want to know who is shooting the good sets and who is shooting the poor ones. And yes, there are poor ones that are put up that are unflattering and, in my humble opinion, lacking in polish. I would love to see who I would possibly want to work with in the future and I think that all photographers deserve to be acknowledged for the work they do. Whether it is on the front page or not. I haven't been here long but credit should go to where credit is due. Everyone has the chance to comment on the SG's sets and most people will comment on how hot the girl looks. But what about the photographer? I can tell you from experience that a lot of what you see in those pictures has been touched up and make the girl look even better. I know that happens with me, and I think it's great. But I also know how much work goes into making that happen and to not give credit to the photographer is, I don't know, just wrong to me. I proudly give credit to the photographer and think their name should be attached to their work. Because that is what it boils down to.

I don't care if the photographer gets paid or not. This is THEIR work. Yes, it is a lot of work for the model but she is the one being displayed in the pictures. It's not as if nobody is going to know who she is. But what about the photographer who spends countless hours planning, preparing, and editing so that the Suicide Girl, or any model for that matter, can look her best and get almost all of the credit. I know some of the photographers here have made a name for themselves and I am glad to see that. But I know there are others out there that do not get the recognition they should.

This should probably be a reply in the thread I am speaking of, but as the issue is dying down, I would rather not add fuel to the warm embers and start a fight. So I will just simply post it in my journal and hope that maybe it reaches out to one or two people.

Again, I'm not trying to downplay the work the model puts into it. Believe me, I am the last person to do that. I've worked through shoots in the freezing rain when running a 102 degree fever. I've shot through migraines. I've shot after working a 10 hour day. We WORK when we model. But as this is a website dedicated to the models (and yes, I do recognize that) I just think there should be some support for the photographers as well.
