Why do i attract the worst people? so here it is 15 degrees outside, it snowed all day today, and the roads are complete ice. so the kid i've been hanging out with (20 yrs. old) just left my house to walk for awhile so that his drunk friends can maybe pick him up if they pass him in their lifted pickup truck, in which he would have to sit in the cab to maybe go to this keg party!!! does anyone else think that maybe this isn't the brightest of all ideas... am i crazy that i don't want a phone call to hear that a friend got in a car accident and thrown from a truck?
well, he just called to say the he hitchhiked to his friends house and they are gonna go to the party.
am i just getting too old? i want to have a career and live a good life. i don't have to go out to every party anymore... i feel like his mom. (remember when you were a kid and you just had to go to every party or you life would be over? !!! i've just grown out of that.) i feel like his mom telling him that it's stupid to go out right now and him just being like, "well, i don't care what you say, i'm going!!!"
By the way, my friends are IDIOTS!!! so am i just too old and stuffy to live life to the fullest anymore or what?
