you made the right decision. school is far more important. i certainly wouldn't want to continue working there after being made to feel unimportant. how insulting of him to give the other girl less hours because of schoolwork when you had talked to him about your issues before. yuck. screw him, now i am definitely glad i didn't drop off a resume.
