Today i have been wrestling with the bank and nursing a bloody cold.
I have to open a new current account. I applied for one with natwest and didn't hear anything for ages, so i opened one with Yorkshirre Bank instead. I then got a cheque book etc through from natwest...god damn. I am now panicing because i still get paid into the old account this month and all my direct debits are set to come out the new Natwest one...i have arranged for the money to transfer on the day after i get paid, but these things never run smootly and i'm worried i'll not have any money to buy a dress for this wedding should i need too and that i won't get the situation sorted before xmas...sigh.
I am also nursing a cold. Joy. Runny nose. sore throat, headache...and the flat is still freezing. Not a great combo. Ah well, it could be worse...xxx
