Hello!
I have had such a good weekend
Friday was my friend Jo's 27th b'day drinks - i have inclued lovely 'touristy' pix of Bridlington eye (*snigger*) for you all too giggle at. It was a very good night though - didn't drink too much and felt ok sat.
I then spent most of the day cleaning, in preperation for a vist from tenaciousb. I'm so glad he came up too stay - its so nice to meet someone i have lots in common with and feel able to talk too. I hope Bridlington didn't bore him too much!
I took him to the gala thingy yesterday, then went to the pub for a few drinks. We were able to sit in the sunshine and i felt like i was on holiday!! Then after much debate amongst my other friends (We decided to keep out of it and go with the flow)we went to Danes Dyke, a local beauty spot. Armed with cans and wine we spent the afternoon drinking in the woods....how very teeny!!
A few drinks later, and we had found a rope swing, which my friend Chewy insisted on trying out. He nearly killed the lot of us swinging around on it, and managed to hit tenaciousb in the phone, which was at that point near his face - eep!!! We then went paddling on the beach and then home for chinese...i know all this probably sounds boring to most of you, but as far as i am aware we all had a great time!
Hopefully he is coming back in a few weeks armed with more booze and friends.
Also - we are having a massive halloween party on the 27th October (TBC) - all welcome. Just bring a drink and a sleeping bag!!!
