Well i didn't die. In fact i went round to my friends sat night and drunk a bottle of red wine to myself 
haha! I had a really good time too, we sat and watched crappy movies and talked for ages. A lot of the time staying in with someone is better than going to the pub i reckon.
Himself is very down. I can't remember if i told you that we wrote his letter of resignation on Friday? His sister is going to hand it in for him today as he can't face going back there. They have treated him like total poo
I am still not better, and got signed off for two weeks again on Thursday last week. My boss will probably shoot me when i go back next week I am going to spend the time off resting but also researching starting up a business etc...any ideas where to start?

I spoke to my mum on the phone tonight and she mentioned that my cousin (on my dad's side) has very similar problems to my own. I know he's had issues with depression in the past too.
