I spoke to my mum on the phone tonight and she mentioned that my cousin (on my dad's side) has very similar problems to my own. I know he's had issues with depression in the past too.

I used to worry about work when I could work all the time. Every job I had I had received disciplinaries over my lack of attendance because I was always getting sick/too tired to go in, so I completely sympathise with you.
Have you tried telling them that you have CFS? I've heard that employers have to take these kinds of things into consideration and can't fire you for sick time caused by your CFS.
