i busted my ass at the gym today, running three miles in 40 minutes and then giving myself a blood blister by doing pull-ups with my ring on. then, to top it off, i staggered to my car and had to lie down to keep from puking. FEEL THE BURN FOLKS.
since then i've written several scathing letters to congress about the war, victim's rights, and FISA courts. now i can watch judge judy and do jumping jacks. i have problems.
